酒店位置開車距離溫莎也就二十多分鐘，性價比很高，前台小哥感覺英語不是很好，早餐還是傳統的英式全國都是那幾樣，説一個酒店房間的小常識，如果不關門，空調會自動熄掉，關上門後重啟。

Cleanliness is was perfect and staff are quite polite. However, Location is difficult to get to by bus from Heathrow Airport. Except by taxi or if you stopped at Raddison blu and walked 4 mins to the hotel. Breakfast buffet could be better, I didn’t see much salads or veg options on display. Also waffles were too sweet and tough and chunky as scones.

房間非常老舊了，和圖片效果完全不一樣，枕頭 被套和被芯還有浴巾毛巾都很老舊臟兮兮的感覺，要不是退不了房間加上之前才換了酒店折騰了一晚折騰不動了，大白天的我是真不會住的～而且之前預訂之前我是提了要求的要求安靜的房間，結果第一次給我的就是一個低樓層的靠近電梯出門電梯就是房間，剛好那個對著大堂酒吧吵死了，搞得我行李都沒來得及放拖著行李就趕緊下去又換房間～

English comments below 千萬不要相信房間照片 我們預訂了豪華特大床房 照片上顯示浴室內有浴缸 但我們入住時發現只有花灑 並沒有浴缸 打到前台詢問時 才告知我們浴缸房間已經售罄 不能幫我們安排到其他房間 這是明顯的欺騙 圖片上並沒有顯示房間有花灑類型的房間 我預訂這房間就是為了泡澡 但前台職員並沒有積極處理 還顯得不耐煩  Don't trust the room photos. We booked a King Room and the photos showed a bathtub in the bathroom. When we checked in, we only found a shower with no bathtub. When we called the front desk, we were told that the room with a bathtub was sold out and we couldn't be accommodated in another room. This is an obvious mis-selling. The photos didn't show bathrooms without bathtubs. I booked this room specifically for a bathtub, but the front desk staff didn't actively address the issue and seemed impatient.

航班無法正常因此入住，入住前台沒人需要呼叫，入住後説需不需要早餐，我説含早的，最後才看到了，感覺reception 很不專業。 酒店沒有拖鞋，打電話問前台，竟然説“ran out”，我説，你們是酒店連拖鞋都沒了？ “are you kidding me？” 對方竟然理直氣壯的説，“yes。”

The staff was invaluable and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The open plan area is inviting to lounge around and have a drink or bite to eat. The sauna and steam room were great for unwinding after a long 訂房網站, and the food was reasonably priced and good quality. The location is not hard to get to, but a long walk from Hayes and Harlington station should you get the Elizabeth line. You would need a taxi or bus to access the hotel.

very expensive what it is. The fact they charge you extra for internet on top of your room fee is unbelievable. Pure corporate greed Also they advertise airport pick up but they actually don’t offer this service and is £35 in an uber to get there.

The Hotel location is just next to Heathrow Airport. Perfect for early morning flight from Heathrow. Had an Indian restaurant in the adjacent hotel which is just next building. Breakfast was good and had A la carte options.
